Tavio ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use the Tavio mobile application ("the App").

Tavio is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to help you capture thoughts, create reminders, and organize your daily tasks using text and voice input. We believe privacy is a fundamental right, and we have built Tavio with privacy-first principles.

By using Tavio, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services:

• User Input Text: The tasks, reminders, and notes you type or dictate into the app.
• Voice Input: Audio you provide via speech-to-text is processed in real-time and converted to text. We do not store raw audio recordings.
• Device Information: Basic device data (OS version, device type) used for app compatibility and limited analytics.
• Usage Data: App interactions such as feature usage to help us understand how users engage with Tavio and improve functionality.
• Notification Preferences: Your chosen reminder times and notification settings.

We do not collect unnecessary personal data. We do not request or store sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial data, or health records.

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and organize your reminders and tasks.
• To process your natural language input via AI into structured, actionable tasks.
• To send local and push notifications for your scheduled reminders.
• To improve app functionality, performance, and user experience based on aggregated usage patterns.

We use your data solely to operate and improve Tavio. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the app.

Tavio uses artificial intelligence to understand your natural language input and convert it into structured reminders and tasks. Here is how we handle AI processing:

• Your text or voice input is processed by an AI system to extract dates, times, tasks, and context.
• Data is used exclusively for generating your tasks and reminders.
• AI processing does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training external models without your consent.
• We work with AI service providers under strict data processing agreements that limit data use to the purpose of task generation only.

Your data is stored securely in a cloud database (Turso or equivalent). All data is linked to your user account and is accessible only to you.

You can delete your data at any time through the app settings. Account deletion removes all associated data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

We do NOT sell your data.

We do NOT share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Limited data sharing occurs only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the app:

• Database hosting provider (Turso) — stores your tasks and reminders.
• AI processing APIs — processes natural language input into structured data.
• Notification services — Android and iOS systems handle push and local notifications.

All third-party providers are bound by data protection agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Tavio.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Secure database storage: Your data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls.
• Access control: Only authenticated users can access their own data. We do not access your data except when necessary to provide support, and only with your permission.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View your tasks and reminders at any time.
• Edit or update your tasks and account information.
• Delete individual tasks or all data associated with your account.
• Request account deletion — we will permanently remove all your data within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active Tavio account. If you delete your account or specific tasks, the data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.

Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period as required for operational recovery, but it is not accessible for active use and is deleted according to our backup retention schedule.

Tavio may rely on the following third-party services:

• AI Processing APIs: For natural language understanding and task extraction.
• Database Provider (Turso): For secure cloud data storage.
• Notification Services: Android and iOS native notification systems for delivering reminders.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle data.

Tavio is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@raxcore.dev so we can promptly delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.

We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications or email.

Your continued use of Tavio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
